Keep on reading to discover the blessings of Abraham, the promise, and how you can begin to enjoy the blessings.

We often talk about Abraham’s blessings, is true that Christ has promised us blessings once we receive him as our lord and savior. but then, what are these promises of Abraham’s blessings and how can they be mine?

Deuteronomy 28:7-13 carefully lists out Abraham’s blessings, these blessings are automatically ours if only we can hearken to the commandments and the divine instructions.

Abraham’s blessings are yours once you became a born-again child of God. You do not need to belong to any special tribe or native of any nation before you can enjoy the blessings of God but as long you’re in Christ.
And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29).

Abraham's blessings are yours

When you were born again you became the seed of Abraham and thus the inheritor of the Abrahamic blessings.

That’s why I love that old song:
“Abraham’s blessings are mine” Your relationship with Christ has made you the real descendant of Abraham, and
therefore the possessor of the blessings God conferred on him.

what are the blessings of Abraham, one may ask.

As the seed of Abraham, nothing is too good for you.
You’re blessed beyond measure. Failure, sickness, disease, lack, and death are not consistent with your life anymore.

As Abraham’s seed, the works of your hands are blessed;  you’re ordained to succeed. Fruitfulness and productivity
have become your birthright.
This is your heritage as the seed of Abraham.

A lady once said, “I’ve been married for many years and I’ve not been able to have children; the doctor said I’m barren”.

No, Not when you know that you’re the seed of Abraham Abraham’s seed can’t be barren; it’s impossible.

Medical instruments may detect that the Fallopian tube had been removed, but the Bible says there shall not be male or female barren among you. (Deuteronomy 7:14).
For the seed of Abraham, anything is possible.

The Bible tells the story of a certain woman who was owed over for eighteen years.
She came into the synagogue and when Jesus saw her, He said, “Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond  (Luke 13:16)?
He then tapped her on the back and said “Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity” (Luke 13:12).

Immediately, she was healed. Why? Abraham’s seed ought not to be bound by sickness, disease, or infirmity.
If you’ve been experiencing any form of sickness, disease, or infirmity, recognize that you’re Abraham’s seed;
hence you ought not to be bound by stroke, blindness, deafness, lameness, poverty, or any other form of infirmity.
