How do we know if the things we are praying for are God’s will for us?
when we cry out to God, looking for a way out of a situation in our lives. are we confidence enough that he has held us and his help is coming right away?.
We saw in 1 John 5:14-15 that whatever we ask according to his will, he hears us and he shall bring our result to pass.

“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him”. – 1 John 5:14-15

How shall we then know we’ve prayed according to his will?.
Scripture makes it clear in John 14:13, that we’re to ask for anything in his name, and receive what we asked for.
“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” John 14:13

Most times, it seems like the things that we are praying for either don’t happen, don’t happen quickly enough, or don’t happen in the way that we want it.
