Loving Father, Thank you that in your wisdom you have put our land in order in the form of the nations. Thank you, Lord, because you have had a purpose with me and with my family here in this city and in this country, although sometimes I forget that it is so.
God, on this day I thank you for my country and I ask that your hand be on it. As a people, we are in great need. We need help for the poor, that our streets are clean of crime and drugs, that our families feel safe and that no one in our community feels rejected.
