This prayer that we put below for you is only an example that you can use as a guide, however, remember that our creator highly values sincere thoughts, those that come from your heart.

I pray today, Father, that I may rely not on my own feelings but rather on your love for me. May I rely on your Word to be the truth that rules my life over my own understanding.
Help me to see you and believe in your character even though my feelings may tell me otherwise. You are kind, you are good, and you are gracious. You are both all-powerful and all-loving. Satan wants me to believe I fight my spiritual battles by myself. Help me remember I am not alone in my battles. Your Word is clear. Circumstances will rarely be ideal; I know that.
But I also know that the only thing that makes life worthwhile is living it with You. Show me how to pray when things aren’t perfect. Amen.

Dear Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace. You came to give us your peace. It’s nothing like the world gives. It is peace born in the freedom we have in you, a gift to all God’s children—to guard our hearts and minds.
I can’t escape the troubles of this world. I may face financial difficulties, relationship breakdowns, a health crisis—so many scary challenges. I ask you for your help and comfort today. You know my pain and anxieties very well. Thank you for praying over me. Help me to rest in your comfort today. Help me to walk in you, the Spirit of God. You know this problem before me. You know how it turns out. That’s because you are the Alpha and the Omega. You know the end from the beginning. Nothing happens apart from your will and plan. Not only are you sovereign, but you are good. All your plans are holy, righteous, and good. I can trust that you know what is best for me. Thank you that you remind us throughout your Word, that we do not face the storms alone, but you are always with us. Whispering calm. Speaking peace. Bringing rest to our souls.
We confess our need for you. We ask you to forgive us for trying to figure everything out on our own, for not trusting that you are more than able and powerful to work on our behalf. Forgive us for picking back up what we already determined to lay down at your feet. A Prayer of Deliverance
Dear God, I am in trouble. I am weary, worried, and worn out. Not knowing how to pray, I turn to the Psalms and repeat their pleas for my own heart: “O Lord, deliver me! Deliver me from all my transgressions. Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me; O Lord, make haste to help me.
I am poor and needy, yet the Lord thinks on me. You are my help and deliverer.” You have said, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” I claim that promise now. Lead me not into temptation but deliver me from evil; For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen!

And so much more.
To Be A Peacemaker

Pray to Trade Fear for Faith
Father, today I choose to face my fears with prayer and praise. I surrender my doubts to You and choose to walk by faith – not by sight. Fill my heart and life with Your peace and help me face these uncertain times in Your strength and power. And those things I can’t do anything about, Lord, are Yours. Thank You for being Peace in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
A Prayer for You!
Lord, I pray for those who are reading this article. Father, thank you for giving me the words to share from your Word. Thank you for making us people who need other people. I pray right now that you will embrace those who are hurting. Let them know for certain that you are the God of all comfort. And let them feel your presence like never before. So they can one day pass it on to others. I pray this in Your Son’s precious and Holy name. In Jesus’ name, amen.
A Prayer for Peace Within
Oh Lord, sometimes my insides feel like a battle zone, where missiles are falling too close to home. Other times I’m caught in an endless storm, with thoughts flying out of control. Confusion reigns and defeat creeps in to steal my joy. I need your peace—the deep-down-in-your-heart kind that stays with me day and night and speaks confidently into the wind. Calm my anxious spirit, Lord; all the attacking “if-only’s” and “what-ifs” fill me with needless worry.
I know that trust is a big part of experiencing peace and that fear has no place in my life. Most of the things I worry about or dread don’t even happen. So I’m declaring my trust in you. I’m releasing the reins of my life again and asking you to take control. I may need to pray this same prayer daily, but I’m tired of the frenzy of life that leaves my schedule and my thoughts without any margin. I need more of you, Lord, and less of me.
I surrender and admit: I can’t control people, plans, or even all my circumstances, but I can yield those things to you, and focus on your goodness. Thank you today for every good gift you’ve given, every blessing you’ve sent, all the forgiveness I did not deserve, and, yes, for every trial you’ve allowed into my life. You bring good out of every circumstance if I’ll only let go and believe you. I know that when I pray and give thanks instead of worrying, you have promised that I can experience the kind of peace that passes all understanding. That’s your kind of peace, Lord. And it’s the kind I crave.
Whenever I’m stressed, anxious, or afraid, help me remember to run to you. You’re the only one that can calm my fears and end my fretful behavior. Whether in trivial or heavy matters, I know you will not only give me peace; Lord, you will be my peace. And when I draw close to you—in prayer, in reading your Word, in helping another, in taking my mind off myself—you will be there, up close and personal.
I can’t handle these times alone, Lord. Will you speak peace and calm my storms, or hold my hand while we walk through them together? Will you bring the reassuring wisdom of those who have come through similar times into my life? Thank you, Lord. I’m trusting you. In the name of the One who makes the wind and the waves stand still, Amen.
How should we pray?
The Bible tells us that many times we do not receive because we ask badly, prayer is not a game, nor is it a way to have all the banal things that we want. Here are three important aspects that prayer must carry in order to be pleasing before God:
1. We must speak with our true thoughts
Much of the time, we pay attention to details like the length of our prayers or our wording, or even try to show our resolve to God through nice-sounding words, but rarely do we really open our hearts to God. For example, we commonly say, “God, I will love you, I will spend myself on you, and no matter how great the dangers or hardships I suffer, I will not give up.
I will follow you throughout my life! Or, “God, your words are the lamp before me, the light on my path, I will adhere to your word in everything I do, and I will do your will! “However, when faced with adversities and setbacks, or difficulties that arise at home, we are often unable to put God’s word into practice and lack the desire to fulfill his wishes.
Jesus’ parable tells us that God hates the use of bragging, empty words, or words that are pleasant to the ear to ingratiate himself with God or to deceive him . God wants us to bare our hearts and speak our real thoughts, speak the truth, and communicate honestly with Him.
2. We must seek the understanding of the truth
Once we have been corrupted by Satan, we are filled with corrupt satanic dispositions; We are selfish, greedy, corrupt, deceitful, and only have our own interests in mind. In all things, we put personal gain above everything else and even in our faith we want more and more grace and blessings from God.
As Christians, we should not only seek the blessings of the flesh or seek God to grant us more grace and blessings. This is because these things only allow us to enjoy fleeting, mundane good fortune, but do not remotely help us grow in our lives.
Nor can they help us achieve true obedience and fear of God. Our prayers and supplications should focus more on our understanding of the truth, putting God’s words into practice, and growing in our lives. Only this type of prayer is in line with the will of God.
3. We must seek God’s will
When difficulties come our way, we must seek God’s will. We must also have the determination to love and satisfy God, and be willing to endure physical suffering if it means bearing witness to God rather than praying for our own interests. Only this kind of prayer is in line with God’s will, and it is also having the kind of consciousness and reason that we as created beings should possess.
For example, Job lost all his possessions and children through his trials and himself suffered from head to toe boils; he suffered enormous emotional and physical pain. But he did not complain to God why he had allowed him to suffer all this, nor did he ask him to take away his suffering. Instead, he first submitted and prayed to seek God’s will.
He recognized that everything he owned had not been earned through his own labor, but had been bestowed by God; Whether God gives or takes away, as created beings we must naturally submit to God’s rule and arrangements. We must not have any requirements, nor any complaints.
We should learn from Job’s example and when encountering something that is not in line with our notions, we should first shut up before God, hasten to pray to seek His will, and pray that we can witness and satisfy God.
