    Christianity how to pray

In Christianity how to pray becomes difficult and confusing most times.

As a result, how to pray has become one of the most asked questions amongst young believers.

On this post, how to pray in christianity shall be unveil.

    PRAYER

Prayer as known is a powerful weapon From God to us.
in scripture, Prayer is one the most powerful weapon God gave us, but knowing how to pray is not always easy.

The Disciples of Jesus also faced this same challenge, they prayed the repeated Prayer more.

Only jesus prayed with authority and power in astonishing manner.

The Disciples had to meet jesus to teach them how to Pray.
    In Mathew 6, They said, “Lord, teach us to pray.” and Jesus told them to pray thus;

    ‘Our Father in heaven,
    hallowed be your name,
    your kingdom come,
    your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
    And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.’

In christianity how to pray or how to pray in christianity, this is how christian ought to pray.

    How To Pray In Christianity

Below are how to pray in christianity.

    1. Know That You Are Praying To God

Praying is communicating or having conversation with God.
Jesus begins by addressing to God with “Our Father in heaven.” He focuses on a
distinct person — the Heavenly Father with whom he has a personal relationship.

Just as jesus has the right, We also share the same right to call God “Father,” there are times we need to talk with our Abba Father, Daddy God. But God is three distinct persons in One: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

    2. Plead For Mercy

Before our prayers can be heard, our hearts has to be right before God and with one another.
pleading for the lord mercy help us to be right before God.

Before you pray to God, first of all check your self, check your heart, is your heart right with God? If no, you have to make corrections.

    3. GUARD YOUR THOUGHT

Guiding your thoughts is another step to note on how to pray.
Before you pray, let every of your thoughts be right before God.
Try as much as possible to resist any contrary thoughts.

Eradica every image, suggestion, vision, impression, feelings and all thoughts that do not affirm that you have what you have asked for:

(Resist the devil and he will flee James 4: 7b). Reject anything that contradicts the word of God.

Satan can stand in the supernatural realm because just like God, he is spirit being Matt 8: 17, Heb. 1: 1-2.

    4. Ask For The Will Of God

The Lord’s Prayer is not the only place where Jesus role-modeled a heart of obedience and submission to the will of God over his own desires and needs. In the Garden of Gethsemane, only hours before Jesus’ crucifixion, he would once again pray, “not my will, but yours be done.”

its really hard to know how to pray or what to ask for when difficult circumstances comes up especially now that people are confused with right and wrongs.

But here is one thing we should know, God’s plan for those who love him is good, and the safest place we can be is in the center of his divine will.

plans accordingly as if it were already a reality. Prov. 4:20 -22.

God works and moves only in line with His word. He has magnified His word abov His name (Ps 138:2).

Pray according to the word: John 15:7 if you abide in me and my WORD ABIDE IN YOU (then ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you.

    6. APPRECIATE GOD

Appreciation is an act of gratitude A heartfelt thank yo conversation strengthener .
God loves to see a heart of gratitude on us.
as we take the time to praise God for
all He has done in the past — the answered prayers, the impossible situations overcome, the healings and grace — our faith to believe for even
greater answers to prayer grows stronger and more confident. Praise opens the gates of heaven and should always be part of our alone time with God.
