Prayer to cast out demons: A powerful weapon
At present, there are many people who are struggling with difficult situations to face in their lives, because the enemy has gained territory and this makes it have a certain power over the person. Therefore they are weakened, full of ties, and far from God. This is very unfortunate since, without it, they will not be able to get out of the hole they are in.
But God’s word is wise and reminds us that God’s mercy is forever. Therefore, people who are haunted by demons can get out of this situation with the power of the Holy Spirit, but it is not easy and less so if the person refuses to change and refuses to accept Christ as their only true savior. , as this is the first step to destroy those evil hosts.
The only thing that can defeat principalities and demons is Jesus Christ, since he, through his sacrifice on the cross of Calvary, carried out the great covenant, in which everyone who accepts him is redeemed from sin. In this way, Our Lord Jesus Christ defeated Satan with his death.
It is important to clarify that when we talk about demons, there is a tendency to associate them with monsters, deformed faces, and horrible entities. But the devil disguises himself as a sheep and can pretend something that he is not really.
On the other hand, there are believers who have the ability to see these entities that way, because God has given them that particular gift. However, we as Christians must be vigilant and seek discernment and wisdom from on High to be able to detect these spiritual forces that seek to undo the work of Christ.
In this sense, the church as a single body of Christ must have the ability to detect when a particular brother is haunted by these demons since Jesus Christ gave his children this gift. Therefore we must not overlook any situation that we see, since we must never underestimate the enemy because these principalities can do a lot of damage.

So evil does not present any type of distinction and has the ability to possess women, men, youth, and children and it is for this reason that we must pray to cast out demons to desert places and without return.

Glorious Jesus Christ, you who freed us from all curses, I ask you to keep me away from everything bad and to protect me under your wings. I break every curse and I give myself faithfully to you in soul, body, and heart.
I put my life in your hands so that you help me free myself from all the ties that prevent me from reaching your presence every day. I ask your forgiveness for moving away from you and I vindicate myself before you, I reaffirm my faith in the Lord and I will face with all my strength before every devil.
I have the Sword of the Holy Spirit, which is two-edged, capable of breaking any ties and I will always use it in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
3. Bind and cast

So let’s avoid places of temptation and stand firm in the Lord. How can we get rid of demons?
The fight is not carnal, but spiritual, and if we do not strengthen ourselves, the demons will continue to have a part in the lives of the children of Christ, so we must put on the armor of Christ to achieve the victory that we long for.

So when we allow Christ to remain in us, we are creating a new man, destroying the old man where this demon dwelt and building the new man in Christ Jesus so that this evil host cannot enter again.
As we have pointed out before, we can all be attacked by demons and they may be stalking us without realizing it. For this reason, it is very important to know how to free ourselves from these demons, and remember that we are not alone and that Jesus Christ has already won this battle for us, therefore, when we begin the battle to cast out demons, we are already in victory.
In this way, the sacrifice that Jesus made on the Cross of Calvary is more than enough to have every right to claim to be freed from the demons that haunt people and that can also attack the children of God, especially since the plan of the devil is to destroy the work of God here on earth, but as the word says, Satan is already defeated:
“So, since the children participate in flesh and blood, He also participated in the same, to nullify through death the power of the one who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and free those who because of the fear of death, they were subjected to slavery throughout life ” (Hebrews 2: 14-15)
In this way, to cast out demons we must maintain daily communion with God, put on the armor of Christ, and strengthen ourselves through his word. The first steps that we must carry out are the following:
1. Recognize the presence of demons
We cannot cast out demons if we deny their existence or if we think that everything is going well, we must be clear that there is a spiritual world of darkness that lurks and that walks like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. We must get closer to Christ every day and ask for his protection and protection, and we must repent from the heart so that he can cleanse and renew us every day since we are surrounded by bad things, typical of this world and we can easily contaminate ourselves.
3. Believe in one true God
You cannot serve two masters, you cannot be in the light and in the dark at the same time. Therefore we must honor, glorify, and faithfully believe in one God, the creator of heaven and earth, Jehovah of armies, the Almighty, the Great I Am. There is no one who can substitute for his power and majesty. If we keep this in mind, no evil spirit can work against us because we are clothed in the blood of the lamb.
4. Read the Holy Scriptures
As believers, we must have knowledge of God, his purpose, commandments, promises, his miracles, and wonders. And for this, it is necessary to feed on the word of the Lord that gives us wisdom from on High and gives us the tools to fight evil, and have words of authority in the face of the enemy who tries to intimidate us.
In this regard, the word shows us that Satan came to deceive us together with his evil host, as can be seen in the following passage: “And the great dragon, the ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives To the whole world; he was thrown to the earth, and his angels were thrown with him ” (Revelation 12: 9)
