Our God is a God of positive surprises, it’s said that God’s way are not the way of men, surprises are his natural operations.
He operate in the realms of surprises, that’s why to exist without God is to exist without surprises.
There is no existence with God that does not have surprise.
Sometimes back, a testimony was shared about a lady who was financially challenged over her academic, but to tell you how God surprises those that seek after him, The lady got a scholarship and not only that, on the same very week, a close friends of her also send some huge amount of money that was even more than what she expected, to her
What she was asking and believing for was not just double but triple for her.
What I’m I trying to say, To be independent of God is to be insufficient of positive surprises.
Divine surprises are God’s wondrous, amazing and unbelievable happenings that are beyond human comprehension and apprehension.
There is nothing like impossible before God , it is also noted in Matthew 19:26 that with God, all things are possible Mat 19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
With men, it might seems impossible but with God all things are possible.
Those things which are highly impossible to man are very and easily possible with God.
For instance, God can make a woman who has past the age of child bearing (menopause) able to give birth again just as it was in the case of Sarah (Genesis 21:1-2).
To experience positive surprises, you must have trust in God, trust in God is one of the keys to experiencing positive surprises.
Abraham trusted God before God gave him a son, the bible tells us he was strong in faith and never doubted God,
45 Rom 4:20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.
Trust in God is an unconditional commitment and dedication to God.
It’s the point where one shuns all alternatives and focuses on God.
The realm of positive surprises is not a mirage, its not mystical but practical, if you will not waver in your trust in God.
How To Position Yourself To Receive Positive Surprises
we all want a positive surprises from God, but are we doing anything to provoke the divine surprises from God?
It’s said that before an action can take place, there must be a reaction.
To receive a positive surprises, you must;
1. Take a little time to ask God to do the unusual in your life.
2. Determine to trust God with all your heart despite your condition or circumstance.
